How do I get online at Cafe Americano?
In order to use the free Cafe Americano internet access, you need a laptop computer or PDA that is enabled to use WiFi802.11(x)

What is WI-FI?
WiFi is short for Wireless Fidelity.  WiFi is an over-the-air connection between an access point and a client computer or PDA.  Cafe Americano WiFi is set up to let users access the internet.  WiFi can also be used to set-up a LAN, Local area network at home or work.

WHY IS CAFE AMERICANO COFFEE WI-FI FREE?
It doesn't have to be free, but we think it is pretty cool to let our customers check their email while sipping a Caramel Latte.  Additionally, our cafe was founded on the idea of having fun and delighting our customers while selling finest coffee in America.  More and more of our customers are using WiFi to stay connected to the office or friends.  We want to make that connection simple, easy and free.

DO YOU OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
Unfortunately no.  We are a coffee bar and our staff knows a whole lot about making amazing lattes, but helping you set your SSID is another story.  For technical help we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your wireless card or PDA.
